Herbal Support Consultation

Service Description

Herbal medicine is here to support the health of our mind, body, soul, and spirit. In your first 1:1 consultation, you will have 1.5 hours to discuss where you need support and what outcomes you are looking for. Then, you will be given a choice: -An herbal prescription made just for you by Sarah herself or -The recipe for the prescription and instructions on how to make it. Sarah is eager to teach her community how to care for themselves in a sustainable way within the more-than-human kingdom. In your consultation you will walk away with the knowledge of what plant allies are yours for your current situation and how to deepen your relationships with these allies.
